Learning is a continuous process and the types of learning theories that we have studied in our book reveals the various ways in which our brain can be manipulated to react. When I first came to know of the theory of classical conditioning I was not sure of its applicability in real life but after having a thorough understanding of the concept I think I can cite many examples of this learning in my life.
